I was born of a burley sailor and a port whore named Mayble near Tampa Bay, FL. I spent most of my childhood left alone while my mother ran off with strange men branding tattoos, thus subconsciously sparking interest in my current career.
Years later, a broken down sailor came into my shop to cover a name… Oddly enough, the name was Mayble. “Could this be merely a coincidence?” I asked myself. Writing it off, I did the cover up.
After it was over, the sailor asked me out for a drink. As our drunken stupor progressed, I noticed that we were both foul mouthed, cigarette smoking assholes… I HAD FINALLY FOUND MY FATHER!!
He now lives in Colorado, which led me here, and my foul mouth and eye for tattoos landed me a job at Old Larimer Street Tattoo. You can definitely see my sailor influence that comes out in my spin off of traditional American tattoos.
